Standing leg curl

This is the basic exercise for toning the rear part
of the leg.
Muscles used: leg biceps
Movement:
- position the backrest in the first hole
- fit the discs on the pin between the padded
rollers
- remove the lock to adjust the position of the
rollers
- bring the bench closer in order to use the
barbell for support
- place the heel of the leg to be exercised
behind the padded roller and grasp the
barbell for greater stability
- curl the leg slowly, then return to the starting
position.
