This is a highly synergic exercise because it
involves various muscle groups. It is very good
for improving strength and resistance.
Muscles used: lumbar, quadriceps, gluteus
Movement:
- stand facing the equipment, position the
barbell at the bottom, the lowest position
- fit the discs symmetrically on the barbell pin
and block them with safety catches
- grasp the barbell with one hand facing
upwards and one hand facing downwards;
your hands are at shoulder width
- spread your legs slightly for greater stability;
your body is bent forward and your knees
are bent
- unhook the barbell by rotating it counter
clockwise
- stretch your legs completely and at the same
time straighten your torso and shoulders;
then return to the starting position.
