Multipla - User's manual
This is an exercise that tones and strengthens
the back muscles and is especially useful for all
water sports.
Muscles used: latissimus dorsi
Movement:
- stand facing the equipment, position the
barbell at the bottom, the lowest position
- fit the discs symmetrically on the barbell pin
and block them with safety catches
- grasp the barbell with your hands at
shoulder width

- spread your legs slightly for greater stability;
your body is bent forwards and your knees
are bent
- unhook the barbell by rotating it counter
clockwise
- lift the barbell as far as the sternum by
moving your arms and shoulders and
keeping your elbows close to your chest;
then return to the starting position.
