Action
Measure the distance
from the S unit to the
rear screw on the motor.
The control box shows
that the laser units must
be turned to position
9 o'clock.
Turn the laser units to
position 9 o'clock.
Confirm on the control
box.
Turn the laser units to
position 12 o'clock.
Confirm on the control
box.
Turn the laser units to
position 3 o'clock.
Confirm on the control
box.

Action
If the measured values
are less than 0.1 mm,
the alignment is finished.
Go to point 24.
Adjust the position of the
motor. Slacken the
screws which fix the
motor.
Place shims with the
required thickness.
Tighten the screws with
correct torque again.
Repeat the alignment
until the values are
within the tolerances.
Go to point 14.
Check the distance S2.
