4. To start machining, select the depic-
ted icon.
The following happens:
a. If required, the working chamber door closes.
b. The machine determines the size of the moun-
ted block with the spindle. If the measured
block size differs from the block size which is
stored in the job file, a corresponding message
displays on the touchscreen.
5. If the machine determined a different block size,
continue as follows:
a. Check if the mounted block is suitable for pro-
cessing the current job.
b. If the block is suitable, start the job by select-
ing on the touchscreen.
c. If the block is unsuitable, abort the job by
selecting on the touchscreen. You need
to restart the job with a suitable block.
If the job was started, the following happens:
a. The machine starts processing.
b. The working chamber is illuminated in blue.
c. The remaining machining duration displays on
the touchscreen.

The remaining job duration is an estimation
based on a self-learning function.
6. If using exocad ChairsideCAD, do not shut down
your CAD computer or disconnect it from the net-
work until machining has finished. Otherwise, you
may have to restart your machine and the job.
7. Wait until the machine has finished.
The working chamber door opens. The following
dialog displays on the touchscreen.

8. Remove the blank from the working chamber and
check whether the job has been executed cor-
rectly.
9. If you are satisfied, select the depicted
icon on the touchscreen.
The job is marked as finished and no longer dis-
plays in the Jobs section.
