5 Using the robotic mower in a team
Installing the perimeter wire to the master dock‐
ing station (team 1)

► Use a fixing pin (3) to attach the perimeter
wire (1) directly to the base plate (2) of the
master docking station (team 1).
► Use the perimeter wire (1) to measure two
times the width of the base plate and then cut
the perimeter wire (1) to length with a wire cut‐
ter.

► Install the perimeter wire (1) in the base plate
so that the guide wire lies flat in the cable duct
and is secured by the hook.
► Insert the perimeter wire (1) into the left con‐
duit (4) and feed it through.
Push the wire end (1) upward inside the docking
station.

► Use a cable marker (5) to mark the wire
end (1) near the housing.

► Slightly tension the wire ends (1) and cut to
length along the edge (2) with a wire cutter.
► Strip a = 10 mm of the wire ends.
► Twist wire strands so that no individual strands
stick out.

► Assign the labeled wire ends to the respective
terminals.
► Fold the lever (3) of the corresponding termi‐
nal backward.
► Insert the stripped wire end into the corre‐
sponding terminal and fold the lever (3) for‐
ward again to close.
