11. Turn over the dough and leave it to rise for another 15 minutes.
12. Now place the ball of dough into a greased loaf tin of dimensions 23 x 23 x 8
cm. Cover the tin and again place it in a warm, draught-free place for an hour.
In this hour it should rise by 2,5cm.
13. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 190°C.
14. Once the dough has reached the desired volume, put the loaf tin in the oven and
bake the dough for 35 to 40 minutes, until the bread has a golden brown crust.
