• Ingredients
40g butter
2 table spoons cocoa
¼ cup (70ml) milk
2 cups (240g) icing sugar
• Preparation
1. Attach the scraper beater to the mixer head.
2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl at the same time.
3. Start at a low speed and increase to "Creaming Beating", until the contents are
well mixed.
4. Pour the icing over the cooled cake.
