Ingredients for 1 - 2 waffles
1 egg
4 tablespoons melted butter
1 heaping tablespoon sugar
1 small pinch of salt
ca. 100 ml milk
6 heaping tablespoons (about 150g) flour

Preparation
1. Attach the whisk to the mixer head. Add the butter, egg, sugar and salt to the
mixer bowl.
2. Slowly increase the speed to "Aerating Whipping" and beat it until a creamy bat-
ter is formed.
3. Reduce the speed and gradually add the flour through the feeder tube. Whisk
the mixture until the ingredients are well mixed.
4. Gradually add the milk. Use just enough to make the batter easy to pour.
5. Add a portion at a time to a waffle maker and bake until golden. Garnish the
waffles as you desire with icing sugar, cream, chocolate sauce, etc.
