Ingredients
2 cups (300g) flour
1 package dry yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
¾ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon cooking oil
¾ cup (about 180ml) hot water
Preparation
1. Attach the dough hook to the mixer head.
2. Add the flour, dry yeast, sugar and salt to the mixer bowl.
3. Select the speed "Creaming Beating" and mix the ingredients for about 5 se-
conds.
4. Mix the oil with the hot water. Change the speed setting to "Folding/Kneading"
and pour the water-oil mix slowly with the feeder tube into the mixer bowl.
Knead the dough for about 30 seconds. Then knead it for 30 – 60 seconds more,
until the dough is smooth.
5. Stop the appliance, unplug it at the socket and check the condition of the dough.
If it is still sticky, knead it for another 15 – 30 seconds on the "Folding/Kneading"
speed setting.
6. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
7. Leave the dough to rest for 10 miutes.
8. Turn off the appliance, unplug it at the socket and remove the dough from the
mixer bowl. Knead the dough a little on a flour dusted worktop.
