9. Roll out the dough to fit a baking tray.
10. Place the rolled out dough on a greased or baking paper lined baking tray. Co-
ver it as you wish, with tomato sauce, mozzarella, pizza cheese etc.
11. Bake the pizza at 220°C for 12 – 20 minutes. The cooking time depends on the
thickness of the pizza – the thinner the base, the quicker it will be ready.
