9. Turn off the appliance and unplug it from the mains. Pour the cheese mixture
into the springform tin and place it in the oven.
10. Bake the cake for 50 minutes, until the mixture is solid, and leave the cake to
cool in the oven with the door slightly open.
11. Place the cake in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, before serving it.
