8. Beat the rest of the egg whites in a seperate bowl.
9. Switch off the appliance, pull the plug out from the power socket and lock the
mixer head in the up position. Add the beaten egg whites to the dough, attach
the whisk to the mixer head and mix the egg whites and the dough on the "Fol-
ding/Kneading" speed setting.
10. Leave the dough to rest for an hour, stirring a little it every 15 minutes.
11. Add the dough in portions to your preheated waffle machine and bake until the
waffles are golden. The waffles taste particularly good with strawberries and
cream or icing sugar.
