n order to make the recipes clear and concise, we
decided not to repeat the instructions mentioned in
the operating and safety instructions.
The following applies to all recipes:
• Always attach the lid with feeder tube and add the
ingredients through the feeder tube, unless it states
otherwise in the recipe.
• Begin with a low speed and increase speed slowly.
• When achanging attachments, assembling or before
pouring out batter, ensure that the device is com-
pletely switched off (ie. unplug at the socket), wait
until the attachments and motor have stopped mo-
ving then take off the lid and lock the mixer head
in the up position.
• In these recipes, a cup is equivelant to 250ml.
