Ingredients for 4 – 6 people
3 eggs
60g butter, melted
1 ¼ cups (310ml) milk
250g flour
2 tablespoons of sugar
Pinch of salt
Preparation
1. Attach the scraper beater to the mixer head.
2. Add the eggs and sugar to the mixing bowl and increase the speed slowly to
"Aerating Whipping" until the contents are loose and creamy.
3. Reduce the speed and gradually add the rest of the contents through the fee-
der tube. Increase the speed and stir until it is all well mixed.
4. Pour the pancake batter into a measuring jug and cool it for 15 minutes.
5. Add about 3 tablespoons of batter to a greased pan or pancake machine and
cook the pancake on both sides until golden.
6. Do the same with the remaining batter and serve the pancakes as hot as you
wish.
