Rimontaggio coperchio testa cilindro, candela, tubazione lubrificazione
Montare sulla testa il coperchio testa con la relativa guarnizione . Serrare le viti
seguendo uno schema incrociato (8 Nm-0,8 Kgm-5.8 ft/lb). Montare la
candela accensione (10÷12 Nm-1÷1,23 Kgm-7.2÷8.9 ft/lb) e la tubazione di
lubrificazione sulla testa (15 Nm-1,5 Kgm-10.8 ft/lb).
Reassembly of cylinder head cover, spark plug, lubrication hose
Mount the cylinder head cover and its gasket on the cylinder head. Tight the
screws whilst following a cross-over pattern and in steps (8 Nm-0,8 Kgm-5.8
ft/lb). Assemble the spark plug (10÷12 Nm-1÷1,23 Kgm-7.2÷8.9 ft/lb) and the
lubrication hose (15 Nm-1,5 Kgm-10.8 ft/lb).
Remontage couvercle culasse cylindre, bougie d'allumage, tuyau
lubrification
Monter le couvercle culasse et la garniture relative sur la culasse. Serrer les
vis en suivant un schéma croisé (8 Nm-0,8 Kgm-5.8 ft/lb). Monter la bougie
d'allumage (10÷12 Nm-1÷1,23 Kgm-7.2÷8.9 ft/lb) et le tuyau de lubrification
(15 Nm-1,5 Kgm-10.8 ft/lb).
Wiederzusammensetzung des Zylinderkopfesdeckel, Zündkerze, Rohr von
Schmierung
Das Zylinderkopfsdeckel mit Dichtung montieren. Schritt- und gekreuztweise
die Schrauben festmachen dem vorgeschriebenen Drehmoment anziehen (8
Nm-0,8 Kgm-5.8 ft/lb). Die Zündkerze (10÷12 Nm-1÷1,23 Kgm-7.2÷8.9 ft/lb)
und das Rohr von Schmierung (15 Nm-1,5 Kgm-10.8 ft/lb) montieren .
Reensamblaje tapa culata cilindro, buja de encendido, tubo de lubricación
Montar la tapa culata y la relativa junta sobre la culata. Cerrar los tornillos
siguiendo un esquema cruzado (8 Nm-0,8 Kgm-5.8 ft/lb). Ensamblar la buja
de encendido (12 Nm-1,23 Kgm-8.9 ft/lb) y el tubo de lubricación (15 Nm-1,5
Kgm-10.8 ft/lb).
Rimontaggio segnalatore del folle
Rimontare la molla ed il puntalino del folle nella sede dell'albero
desmodromico.
Reassembly of the gear shift position sensor
Remount the spring and the neutral cap in their seat on the positive shaft.
Remontage capteur du point mort
Remonter le ressort et le puntalino du point mort dans le siège de l'arbre
commande fourches transmission.

Wiederzusammensetzung des Leerlauflicht

Die Feder und den Stösselschaft im Sitz des Wählertrommel montieren.
Reensamblaje señalador de la posición de desmbrague
Reensamblar el muelle y el puntalino de la posición de desmbrague en la
sede del eje mando horquilla cambio.
