Usare un apposito alesatore e lubrificare con olio da taglio quando la guida
della valvola viene alesata. Ruotare l'alesatore al momento di rimuoverlo, in
modo da non provocare delle rigature longitudinali.
Quando si sostituisce la guida, la sede valvola deve essere
ripassata.
Use a suitable reamer and cutting oil when the valve guide is reamed. Turn
the reamer when it is removed, so that no longitudinal scratches occur.
When a valve guide is replaced, the valve seat must be
refaced.
Utiliser un aléseur spécial et lubrifier avec huile de coupe quand le guide de
la soupape est alésé. Tourner l'aléseur au moment de l'enlever de façon à ne
pas provoquer de réglages longitudinaux.
Quand il se substitue le guide, le siège soupape doit être révisée.
Einen dazu bestimmen Reibahle benutzen und mit Schneidöl schmieren,
wenn die Führung des Ventils gereibt wird.
Wenn die Reibahle weggenommen wird, soll sie so gedreht werden, dass
sie keine Längsrillen verursacht.
Wenn die Führung ersetzt wird, soll der Ventilsitz achgearbeitet
werden.
Usar a un adecuado escariador y lubricar con aceite de corte cuando la guía
de la válvula es alesada. Girar el escariador al momento de removerlo, de
modo que no provocar renglonaduras longitudinales.
Cuando se sustituye la guía, la sede válvula tiene que ser r
epasada.

Valvola

Controllare che lo stelo e la superficie di contatto con la sede valvola siano
in buone condizioni. Non devono apparire vaiolature, incrinature,
deformazioni o tracce di usura. Eseguire poi le seguenti verifiche:
- Verificare la deviazione dello stelo valvola appoggiandola su di un riscontro
a "V" e misurando l'entità della deformazione con un comparatore. (Limite
di servizio: 0,05 mm).
- Verificare la concentricità della testa sistemando un comparatore ad
angolo retto con la testa e ruotando la valvola su di un riscontro a "V".
(Limite di servizio: 0,03 mm).
Valve
Check that the valve stem and contact surfaces are in good condition. There
should be no pitting, cracks, distortions or signs of wear. Carry out the
following checks:
- Check the valve stem for distortion by resting it on a Vee block and
measuring the distortion with a comparator. (Wear limit: 0.0019 in).
- Check the concetricity of the valve head by resting an angle comparator
against the head and then rotate the valve in a Vee block. (Wear limit:
0.0012 in).
