Regolazione cavo comando gas (Mikuni: SMR 400)
Per verificare la corretta registrazione della trasmissione di comando gas
operare nel modo seguente:
- rimuovere il cappuccio superiore in gomma (1);
- verificare, spostando avanti e indietro la trasmissione (2), che vi sia un
gioco di 2 mm circa;
- qualora ciò non avvenisse sbloccare la controghiera (3) e ruotare opportu-
namente la vite di registro (4) (svitandola si diminuisce il gioco, avvitandola
lo si aumenta);
- bloccare nuovamente la controghiera (3).
: Utilizzare il veicolo con il cavo comando gas danneggiato pregiudica
notevolmente la sicurezza di guida.
Nel caso non fosse più possibile registrare il gioco sul comando posto sul
manubrio o si fosse sostituito il cavo é necessario intervenire nel modo
seguente:
- rimuovere il serbatoio carburante come descritto a pag. E.21;
- rimuovere la protezione (5) del carburatore;
- ruotare la camma (6) fino alla posizione di massima apertura e verificare che
il cavo in tensione abbia un gioco di circa 1 mm. al comando sul manubrio;
- in caso contrario, agire sui controdadi (7) sino a ripristinare il gioco corretto;
- rilasciare la camma (6) ed effettuare la stessa registrazione sull'altro cavo.
Throttle cable adjustment (Mikuni: SMR 400)
To check the correct adjustment of the throttle operate as follows:
- remove the upper rubber cap (1);
- by moving cable (2) back and forth check for 2 mm (0.08 in.) clearance;
- should the clearance be incorrect, unblock the counter ring-nut (3) and turn
the adjusting screw (4) (by unscrewing it, the clearance is reduced, while by
screwing screw (4) it is increased);
- tighten the counter ring-nut again (3).
: Operation with damaged throttle cable could result in an unsafe riding
condition.
If the play of the handlebar control cannot be adjusted, or the wire has been
replaced, proceed as follows:
- remove the fuel tank as decribed on page E.21;
- remove the carburetor guard (5);
- turn cam (6) until the maximum opening is reached and check that the
stretched wire has approx. 1 mm (0.04 in.) play on the handlebar control;
- on the contrary, work on lock nuts (7) until the correct play is restored;
- release cam (6) and adjust the other wire in the same way.
Réglage du cable de commande des gaz (Mikuni: SMR 400)
Pour vèrifier le réglage du câble de la poigné des gaz, opérer comme suit:
- enlever le capuchon supérieur en gomme (1);
- déplacer en avant et en arrière la poignée (2) et contrôler qu'il y a un jeu de
2 mm. environ;
- si le jeu n'est pas exact, débloquer le contre-collier (3) et tourner la vis de
réglage (4); en la desserrant, le jeu décroisse, en la serrant, le jeu
augmente;
- serrer à nouveau le contre- collier (3).
: Pour ne pas porter préjudice à la sécurité, ne jamais conduire avec le
câble de commande des gaz endommagé.
