ELECTRONIC IGNITION SYSTEM
In the C.D.I. system the electrical energy generated by the alternator charges
the condenser.
The energy is released in a single surge at the specified ignition timing and
the current flows through the primary side of the ignition coil. A high voltage
is induced in the secondary windings of the ignition coil, resulting a strong
spark between the ignition spark plug gap.
The digital electronic ignition allows to change the timing curve
according with the following items:
- ENGINE r.p.m.;
- CARBURETOR THROTTLE VALVE POSITION SENSOR;
- ENGAGED GEAR.
This system allows to optimize the engine performances in every condition
of employment. In case of throttle valve or transmission gear failure, the
ignition is able to allow the use of the motorcycle however.
The electronic ignition systemconsists of (page M.23):
- Electronic power unit (1);
- Alternator (2);
- Voltage regulator-rectifier (3);
- Condenser (4) (TC, SMR 450 R page M.22) or (6) (TE, SMR page M.21);
- Spark plug (8) (TC, SMR 450 R page.M.22) or (19) (TE, SMR page M.21);
- Gear shift position sensor GPS (9) (TC, SMR 450 R page M.22) or (22) (TE,
SMR page M.21);
- Ignition coil (10) (TC, SMR 450 R page M.22) or (23) (TE, SMR page M.21);
- Carburetor throttle position sensor TPS (11) (TC, SMR 450 R page .M.22)
or (24) (TE, SMR page M.21);
- Engine stop switch (12) (TC, SMR 450 R page M.22) or (25) (TE, SMR
page.M.21).
SYSTÈME D'ALLUMAGE ÉLECTRONIQUE
Dans le système d'allumage à la décharge de condensateurs (C.D.I),
l'énergie électrique produite par l'alternateur charge le condensateur.
Cette énergie est relâchée dans une décharge unique à l'avance
établie et le courant il passe à travers le côté primaire de la bobine
d'allumage. La haute tension qu'elle vient induite dans l'enveloppement
secondaire de la bobine d'allumage il provoque une étincelle forte
entre les électrodes de la bougie. L'allumage digitale électronique
permet de changer la courbe d'avance dans les éléments suivants:
- RÉGIME DU MOTEUR
- POSITION DE LA SOUPAPE GAZ CARBURATEUR
- MARCHE INSÉRÉE
Ce système permet donc d'optimiser le rendement du moteur en
chaque condition d'emploi.
En cas de mauvais fonctionnement de la soupape gaz ou de la
marche, l'allumage est au même de toute façon de permettre l'usage
du motocycle.

Le système d'allumage électronique est composé de (page M.23):
- Centrale électronique (1);
- Alternateur (2);
- Régulateur de tension-Redresseur (3);
- Condensateur (4) (TC, SMR 450 R page M.22) ou (6) (TE, SMR page M.21);
- Bougie d'allumage (8) (TC, SMR 450 R page.M.22) ou (19) (TE, SMR page
M.21);
- Capteur position boîte de vitesse GPS (9) (TC, SMR 450 R page M.22) ou
(22) (TE, SMR page M.21);
- Bobine électronique (10) (TC, SMR 450 R page M.22) ou (23) (TE, SMR
page M.21);
- Capteur position du papillon carburateur TPS (11) (TC, SMR 450 R page
.M.22) ou (24) (TE, SMR page M.21);
- Commutateur arrêt moteur (12) (TC, SMR 450 R page M.22) ou (25) (TE,
SMR page.M.21).
SYSTEM VON ELEKTRONISCHER ZÜNDUNG
Ins System von Zündung zu Salve von Kondensatoren lädt (C.D.I.), die
elektrische Energie erzeugt vom Wechselstromgenerator den Kondensator.
Diese Energie wird in einer einzigen Salve zum festgelegten Vorschuß und
der Strömung freigelassen, es geht durch die primäre Seite von der Spule
von Zündung durch. Die Hochspannung, die zum sekundären Aufwickeln
von der Spule von Zündung veranlaßt wird, verursacht einen starken
Funken zwischen die Elektroden der Kerze.
Die Finger elektronische Zündung erlaubt, die Kurve von in Betrieb
Vorschuß der folgenden Elemente zu ändern:
- REGIME DES MOTORS
- POSITION DES VENTILS GAS VERGASER
- STECKT MARSCH
Dieses System erlaubt also eine optimale Leistung des Motors in jede
Bedingung von Stelle. Bei Funktionsstörung des Ventils Gas oder des
Marsches ist die Zündung jedenfalls in der Lage den Gebrauch des
Kraftrades zu erlauben.
Das System von Elektronischer Zündund ist bestehend aus von (Seite

- Sensor für WEchselgetreibestellung GPS (9) (TC, SMR 450 R Seite M.22)

- Elektronischer Spule (10) (TC, SMR 450 R Seite M.22) oder (23) (TE, SMR
Seite M.21);
- Sensor für Vergaser Drosselstellung TPS (11) (TC, SMR 450 R Seite M.22)
oder (24) (TE, SMR Seite M.21);
- Motor Stillstandsschalter (12) (TC, SMR 450 R pag.M.22) oder (25) (TE,
SMR pag.M.21).
