Rimontaggio albero motore
Pulire con estrema cura le canalizzazioni di lubrificazione. Lubrificare il perno
di biella con olio motore ed inserirlo nel semivolano.
Inserire il cuscinetto a rullini e lubrificare quest'ultimo con olio motore.
Montare la biella ed il secondo semivolano allineando i semivolani mediante
una squadra.
Unire infine le parti con l'ausilio di una pressa.
Unire i semivolani senza che le estremità del perno fuoriescano dal piano.
Nel piantaggio del perno, rispettare la quota "C" indicata a pag.H.15. Verificare
inoltre la quota "B".
Reassembly of crankshaft
Carefully clean the lubrication ducts. Lubricate the crankpin with motor oil and
place it in the flywheel.
Fit the roller bearing and lubricate with engine oil. Fit the connecting rod and
the second half-flywheel. See that the half-flywheels are aligned using a
triangle.
Join all the elements using a press.
Press the crank discs together to the same distance as the length of the
crankpin. Respect measure "C" shown on page H.15 when fitting the coupling
pin. Check measure "B" too (page H.15).
Remontage arbre moteur
Nettoyer les canalisations de lubrification. Graisser avec huile moteur de
goujon et le placer dans le demi-volant.
Insérer le palier à rouleaux et le graisser par huile moteur. Monter la bielle et
le deuxième demi-volant en alignant lesa demi-volants au moyer d'une
équerre. Joindre tous les éléments ay moyen d'une presse.
Rassembler les demi-volants et veiller à nous que les extrémités du goujon
en sortent pas du plan des demi-volants. Au montage du goujon, respecter la
mesure "C" montrée en page H.15. Vérifier la mesure "B" .
Wiederzusammensetzung der Antriebswelle
Mit äußerster Kur die Schmierkanäle reinigen. Den Zapfen mit Motoröl
einschmieren und ihn ins Halbschwungrad einführen.
Die Rollenlager einsetzen und diese mit Motoröl schmieren. Die Pleuelstange
und das zweite Halbschwungrad montieren; die Halbschwungräder mit
einem Winkeldreieck ausrichten. Schließlich die Teile unter Zuhilfenahme
einer Presse zusammenfügen. Wenn es wieder die Stütze zusammensetzt,
die Dimension "C" (Seite H.15) beachten. Desweiteren die Dimension "B"
prüfen.
Reensemblaje del eje motor
Limpiar los canales de lubricación. Lubricar el perno con aceite motor e
introdúzcalo en el semivolante.
Introducir el cojinete de rodillos y lubricarlo con aceite de motor. Montar la
biela y el segundo semivolante alineando los semivolantes con una
escuadra. Por último unir las partes con el auxilio de una prensa.
Unir los semivolantes sin que sobresalgan los extremos del perno del plan
de los semivolani mismos. Cuando se coloca el perno, respetar la cota "C"
indicada en la página H.15. Controle la cota "B".
