Rimontare il tappo del serbatoio con la sua valvola. Calzarlo all'interno del serbatoio
e montare il seeger nella gola.
Inserire azoto tramite valvola (o aria in mancanza) ad una pressione di 10-12 bar.
Rimettere il cappuccio alla valvola e controllare che non vi siano perdite di olio o di aria.
Piantare il tappo su corpo.
Rimontaggio tampone finecorsa e rondella.
Nel caso in cui sia stato necessario sostituire il tampone fine corsa bloccare lo stelo
in ganasce di bronzo o alluminio speciale e riavvitare l'attacco con Loctite con coppia
di circa 50 Nm. Rimontare la molla e tramite ghiera e controghiera riportare alla
precarica iniziale.

Reassemble the reservoir plug and the valve, fit it inside the reservoir, then fit the snap
ring into the throat. Insert the nitrogen valve - or the air valve if teh nitrogden valve is not
an hand - using 10-12 bar pressure. Reassemble the cap on the valve and check to
make sure that both air bleeds, or oil leaks, are not present.
Set the plug on the body
Reassembling the end-of-stroke pad and its washer.
When the end-of-stroke pads needs to be replaced, block the forkrod in a vice using
aluminium or bronze jaws, then tighten the connection again using Loctite and a 50
Nm torque. Reassemble the spring and take it to the initial preload using the ring nut
and the counter ring nut.

Remonter le bouchon du réservoir avec sa soupape, l'introduire dans le réservoir et
monter la bague d'etanchéité sur le gorge par la soupape d'admission d'azote, (ou d'air
si la soupape d'admission d'azote fait défaut), à une pression de 10-12 bar. Remonter
le capuchon de la soupape en contrôlants s'il y a des pertes d'huile ou d'air.
Serrer le bouchon dur le corps
Remonter le tampon du fin de corse et la rondelle. Au cas où de tampon d ufin de course
est à remplacer, bloquer la tige dans un étau acec branles en aluminium ou en bronze
et serrer à nouveau la connexion en utilisanl Loctite et une couple de serrage de 50
Nm. Remonter le ressortet, par le collier et contre-collier, retourner à la précharge
initiale.
