
Soft brush (round or flat approx. 10 mm)

Approach
Carefully clean all sensors (label, product and any optional sensors) with a
soft brush and compressed air spray.
Do not use the operational compressed air supply for the following cleaning
work, since this is sometimes insufficiently dry (oil/water residues). If the
electronics come into contact with moisture, this will lead to damages!
Check all cables for damage and replace, if necessary.
Check the movement and rolling characteristics of all dancer arms and de-
flection rollers.
Remove any dust deposits from the system enclosure.
Approach
Check the mechanics of the peeler plate for a tight fit of all the screws and
connections.
Inspect all optional assemblies such as pressure rollers, brushes, etc. for
wear and replace, if necessary.
Inspect the drive pinions, drive belts and brake belts for wear and replace, if
necessary.
Inspect all tension springs for wear and replace, if necessary.
