Instruction
The labeler must be transported to its utilisation site as follows

The labeler is packaged in its delivery state (deviations are possible), meaning that:
it is on a pallet
it is possibly wrapped with stretch film
it may be secured with additional strapping bands
Suitable industrial transportation vehicles (forklifts, platform floor truck or double pallet
truck...) with sufficient load-bearing capacity (for weight specifications see chapter
"Technical specifications"). When using a forklift truck, you must drive slowly during the
transport.
1-2 persons, thereby the wearing of safety footwear is mandatory.
Stable sub-base for the labeler.
If necessary, (safety) steel strap cutter to remove the strapping
Step Approach
1 Transport the labeler to its utilization site (within a vicinity of approx. 3m).
Accurate positioning will be carried out during the course of the installation by
Bluhm Weber Group technicians.
The transport straps are under tension and can whip back in an uncontrolled
manner when they are cut, thus causing serious injuries.
Remove film packaging and transport strapping (if any).

3 Open the carton and remove the filling and packing material.
Lift the system with 1-2 people over the positions a and b from the packaging

and place it onto a stable surface.
5 Before starting any operations, remove all the transport protection.
