Step Approach
1 Secure the peeler plate by inserting screw no. 1 hand-tight as shown in Fig.
6-2.
2 To adjust the angle, turn the peeler plate until the lower edge of the peeler
plate is approx. 20-30mm below the lower edge of the base plate.
Hold the peeler plate and tighten screw no. 1.
