The Alpha Entry is an automatic labeling system which does not require any further
manual intervention after labeling mode has started.

Movements or rotations can start suddenly and abruptly in label-
ing mode.

Initial commissioning was completed successfully (see page 43)
Labels are correctly inserted (see page 40).
Step Approach
1 Turn on the labeler (see above).
Hazards from moving parts.
2 Press the [Start] button. The rewinder rotates around the label liner to main-
tain the tension.

If this does not occur within a few seconds, the rewinder stops. The la-
beler will switch to fault mode (red LED).

If the process was successful, the LED lights up green.
RISK OF INJURY!
̶ Do not reach into, towards or between moving parts.
Switch the labeler on and off using the power switch on
the top of the housing (see page 35 Fig. 6-6).
