5. To install the supplied hook arm assembly:
a. Using a T27H star key and M16 spanner, remove the button head cap screw (A) and flange nut (B). Save the screw
and nut.
b. Apply Blue L L o o c c t t i i t t e e ® 242 to the button head cap screw (A) or flange nut (B).
c. Install the supplied hook arm assembly (C) (610000010016) with the screw and nut removed in step 5a.
6. To install the supplied guide bracket:
a. Using an M4 Allen key and M11 spanner, remove the two Fiberlock hex nuts (D) from the two hex socket head cap
screws (E) at the foot end of the cot. Save the nuts and screws.
b. Place the supplied guide bracket (F) (610000010008) over the two hex socket head cap screws (saved in step 3a).
Using a torque wrench, secure with the Fiberlock hex nuts (D) (removed in step 5a).
7. Unscrew the nuts from the supplied roller assembly (610000010011).
8. Using am M6 Allen key and an M13 spanner, install the supplied roller assembly (H) and nuts (G) on the slide tube
support.
