ELECTRICAL
Ignition timing
Check and adjust ignition timing as follows :
a. Ignition timing is checked with a tim-
ing light by observing the position of
the stationary pointer on the crankcase
and the timing marks on the flywheel.
''F'': Retarded firing point.
"T": Top dead center.
b. Connect timing light to the spark plug
lead wire.
c. Start the engine and keep the engine
speed as specified .
Specified angine speed : 1,100 r/min _]
d. The stationary pointer should line up
with the "F" timing mark on the fly-
wheel. If it does not align. remove the
flywheel and loosen the pulser coil
base plate screws. M ove the complete
base plate until "F" and the pointer
marks align .

Avance
à
l'Allumage
Contrôler et régler l'avance à l'allumage comme
suit:
a. L'avance à l'allumage est contrôlée avec
un stroboscope en observant la position de
l'indicateur fixe situé sur le carter et des
repères d'allumage situés sur le volant.
" F": Point d'allumage retardé.
"T": Point-mort-haut.
b. Brancher le stroboscope sur le
fil
de la
bougie.
c. Démarrer le moteur et Je faire tourner au
régime spécifié.
Régime moteur spécifié: 1.100 tr/mn
d. L'indicateur fixe doit être aligné avec le re-
père d'allumage "F" situé sur le volant. Si
ce n'est pas le cas, enlever le volant et des-
serrer les vis de la plaque de base de la
bobine du pulseur. Déplacer la plaque de
base complète jusqu'à ce que le repère "F"
et l'indicateur soient alignés.

Zündzeitpunkt
Den Zündzeitpunkt wie folgt kontrollieren
und gegebenenfalls einstellen: .
a. Der Zündzeitpunkt wird mit Hilfe einer
Prüflampe geprüft. indem die Position
des stationar am Kurbelgehause ange -
brachten Zeigers mit der Position der
Zündzeitpunktmarkierung am Sch-
wungrad vergl ichen wird.
.,F": Verzogerter Zündzeitpunkt
.. T": Oberer Totpunkt
b. Eine Prüflampe an das Zü ndkerzen-
kabel anschlie~en .
c. Den Motor anlassen und auf der vor-
geschriebenen Drehzahl halten.
Vorgeschriebene Motordrehzahl :
1.100U/min
d. Der stationare Zeiger sollte mit der
Markierung ,F" am Schwungrad
übereinstimmen. lst dies nicht der Fall,
das Schwungrad abnehmen und die
Schrauben der lmpulsgeberwicklungs-
Grundplatte lôsen. Die gesamte Grund-
platte bewegen, bis die Markierung .. F"
mit dem Zeiger fluchtet.
