The alarm set point can be set to various counter types (intermediate, daily, monthly,
total/yearly counters). These counters are regularly reset to zero (exemption: totaliser).
Example daily counter: Daily zero reset after day change. Please note the settings in
"Signal analysis".
Counter alarm set point in the preset engineering units, e.g. m3, pieces, ...
An alarm set point infringement switches the respective set up relay or open collector.
The terminal numbers are indicated in brackets. Please take note of the connection
hints (see "Safety notes/correct use" or "Connections/terminal layout").
Hint: The relay is active on alarm condition. Factory settings are that the contact
closes (relay 1 or 2-5) or that the open collector is switched.
If required this operation mode can be changed in the service level.
Use this text e.g. as a message for the front end operator when the alarm is active.
It will be shown on the display if "LV messages" is set to "Display+acknowledge".
"Display+acknowledge": Displayed message must be acknowledged by operating
the "OK" push button. The message consists of date, time and channel identifier with
the alarm set point value (alternative event text LV, if a text has been entered for this).
"Do not display": Limit condition is displayed by the measurement point identifier
being highlighted red in the display.
Digital boards (option):
• Setting up is only possible if one or both digital boards (alternative to the
analogue boards) are plugged into the unit.
