• Disassemble the pre-selector cover "R" by unscrewing
the screws "S";
• Unscrew the fork control rods "T" and remove the small
forks "U".
N.B.
Number the small forks so as not to position them
incorrectly when reassembling.
• Remove the screws "V" fastening the gearbox cover;
• Using the special tool (code 01 91 25 30) place the
gearbox in an up-turned vice, as illustrated in the figu-
re, and unscrew screw "Z";
• Lever-out the gearbox housing "X" at diametrically
opposed points to lift it;
• With the gearbox cover still on the tool fixed to the
vice, slide out the secondary shafts "Y" and the main
shaft "W".
