• Carry out the overhaul procedures in reverse order,
remembering that the inner seal ring "D" must be fitted
using the special tool "A" code 14929100.

• Carry out the reassembly procedures, described for
oil replacement in chapter 2, section D, in reverse order.

• Carry out the reassembly procedures, described for
oil replacement in chapter 2, section D, in reverse order.
Reassembly
• Fit the rod into the motorbike passing it through the
steering base, the half-handlebar and the steering head;
• Place the rod in the position indicated by the number
on the drawing.
• Tighten the screws on the steering head, on the half-
handlebars and on the steering base to the torque
prescribed in the table of chapter 4, section B.
