• With the wheel removed, detach washer "G" by
unscrewing the screws "H" fastening it to the wheel;

• Remove the gasket;
• Working on the opposite side, remove the bearing and
then lift the plate with gearing "I" using two screwdrivers.
WARNING
The use of screwdrivers may damage the alloy
rim.
Work with caution.
Having removed the plate, the flexible couplings "L" will be
visible. These must be replaced if damaged.
For a complete wheel overhaul, see chapter 3 in this
section.
Reassembly:
After having carried out all the necessary tests on the
I
wheel, reassemble in the following way:
• Insert the plate together with caliper on the retainer for
the swing arm's LH bone;
• Lubricate the spindle and the screw threading with
recommended grease;
• Fit the wheel into the swing arm;
• Fit the spindle "C", inserting the shim "F" between the
wheel and the transmission box.
