If there is no input for 15 seconds, the LC display jumps back to the operating display.
Warning!
After making your setting, wait at least another 2 – 3 seconds before turning the transmitter off. Otherwise,
the changed value is not saved correctly.

b) Setting of maximum servo turn (EPA)

With the EPA setting (End Point Adjustment) you can precisely determine how large the maximum permitted turn for
the steering, throttle or additional servo may be on each side.
This function is typically used to protect servos from mechanically hitting an obstacle when deflecting to the full extent.
For this purpose, you can set a value from 0 to 120%. The smaller the value, the shorter is the servo way on the
corresponding side.
In this menu, set the maximum possible steering deflection for the steering (ST) before the steering servo starts to hit
and make a humming noise. If a lesser steering deflection should become necessary for later operation, this will be
reduced later using the dual rate function.
If you use an electronic drive control (TH) for the drive function, you can also define a maximum control value. However,
in order to be able to use the highest motor speed possible, you should not set a value of 100% for both directions.
If you want to slow down your model at a later time, e.g. for a beginner, you can reduce the full throttle value with the
help of the EPA function without impairing the brake function of an electronic drive control.
Our tip:
Simply set these parameters in a separate model memory. Then all you need is to switch the model
memory and your model will be ready for an inexperienced driver.
Please note:
Before limiting the deflections in the EPA function, you should check whether the factory setting of
100% is still set for the dual rate setting (see section "Setting the Dual Rate Function").
Try to set the linkages mechanically in such a way that you can use EPA settings of 100 to 120%.
