f) Assigning the digital buttons

The digital buttons "DT 1" to "DT 4" have specific assigned default functions, which can be changed and adapted
individually in this setup menu.
The default functions for the buttons are:
DT 1 = Steering trimming (ST)
DT 2 = Throttle trimming (TH)
DT 3 = Dual rate function steering (DR)
DT 4 = Brake path setting (AT)
The following functions can be assigned to the buttons:
ST
= Steering trimming
TH
= Throttle trimming
DR
= Dual rate function steering (DR)
AT
= Brake path
E1
= Exponential steering function
BK
= Adjustment of the brake mixer (only possible with active brake mixer)
OF
= off (button does not trigger a function when operated)
To check the assignment of the digital buttons, proceed as follows:
• Call up the setup menu and press the SEL button (see ill. 1, pos. 3) five times
to access the menu for assigning the digital buttons.
• The display shows the setting for the digital button "DT 1" and the respectively
assigned function.
• With the help of the plus and minus buttons (see ill. 1, pos. 4), you can e.g.
change the function from ST to E1. Instead of the steering trimming, you can
then use the digital button "DT 1" to set the exponential function.
• When the first digital button is assigned, you can select the second button
with the CH button (see illustration 1, pos. 5) and assign it a function according
to the same procedure. Then press the CH button again to also assign a
function to the third and fourth digital button or check the assigned function.
• If need be, press the CH button again to be able to check the function of the
first digital button again or change it.
When setting the different functions, it is even possible to assign
different buttons the same function.
For example, if you want to use the button "DT 1" for another
function, you have the option to also set the steering trimming
directly in the function menu. For further information, refer to
the chapter „Programming options in the function menu".
