has to be replaced.

Position the ConnectModule design cover (1) on the drive
unit (13) and clip it into the design cover (10) installed on
the right-hand side.
Use the two screws (8) unscrewed at the start to secure the
ConnectModule design cover (1).

Loosen the two screws (8) and unscrew them.

Beginning from the right-hand side, slowly pull off the left
design cover (9) and unhook the design cover from the front
rib of the drive unit (17).

Installing the Holder

Push the holder (6) into the recess of the drive unit (17).
Connecting the Cable

Note: Observe the colour coding and alignment of the plugs
and sockets when connecting the cables.

Note: To avoid electrical faults, the individual cables of the
battery cable (14) must not split up. To this end, where ap-
plicable, disconnect the battery cable on the drive unit (17),
twist the battery cable by a maximum of one turn and recon-
nect the battery cable, or amalgamate the individual cables
with a cable tie or adhesive tape.
Disconnect the cable (12) of the operating unit/display
holder on the drive unit (17) from the connection (11).
