Mast: The vehicles are equipped with tiltable, telescoping lift masts offering excellent
visibility. Lifting cylinders (1) arranged behind the profiles of the mast (3) lift the inner
mast. The fork carrier (13) is lifted at the same time via the load-bearing chains (2)
with roller deflection. The fork (14) is adjustable on the fork carrier. Adjustable lateral
rollers and gliding parts absorb the lateral pressure on the fork carrier when the load
is concentrated on one side.
In the case of the two-stage telescoping mast (ZT), the lift occurs only by extending
the inner mast. On the two-stage, two-lift mast (ZZ) and the three-stage, two-lift mast
(DZ), first the fork carrier with the load-bearing chains is lifted by a short cylinder
provided in the center, allowing the first lift without varying the vehicle height (special
free lift). Only then is the inner mast telescoped.
Attachments: It is possible to equip the truck with mechanical and hydraulic
attachments (optional extra).

2.3 Changes in the operating requirements

If the operation of your front stacker should change, necessitating additional
installations such as lighting, a cabin or auxiliary hydraulic system, side shifters, etc.,
only officially approved additional installations or auxiliary systems are allowed.
Consult your closest facility or distributor regarding changes in operation or load
handling processes that would require changes to the lift truck or accessories. Under
no circumstances are unauthorized additions or modifications to the original state of
the lift truck, mast or the additional equipment allowed.
IMPORTANT
If the front stacker is modified or used with additional equipment differing from that
originally supplied, new specification plates must be installed in the operator's cab,
and in countries located in the European Union a new Declaration of Conformity is
required, confirming compliance with the Machinery Guideline 98/37/EEC (in the
amended version).

2.4 Protective devices

In addition to the overhead guard, the battery disconnector and the key ignition switch
are considered safety devices.
Battery disconnector: If the battery disconnector is in the raised position, the battery
is connected and the lift truck is ready for use. The battery is isolated when the battery
disconnector is pushed in.
Key-operated ignition switch: Removal of the ignition key by an authorized driver
upon leaving the lift truck prevents unauthorized persons from operating the lift truck.
The driver must not provide the ignition key to another unauthorized person.
