Not securing the forks - mast
components on the lift truck.
After the forks have been tied together,
they are placed on the mast / fork
carrier. Run the tie material beneath the
mast ducts and across the forks, and
securely fasten it, see Figure 6.
Electrical and hydraulic connections
All electrical connections that were
disconnected must be provided with a
protective

NOTICE Verify that all lifting units have
SWLs that are suitable for the weight of the lift truck without load.
Prior to lifting, ensure that the mast is positioned vertically.
Lift the lift truck.
Attach the proper lifting units at the lifting points (2) of the lift truck.
– Place packing material in those areas in which lifting units may come in contact with
the lift truck to prevent damage to the lift truck paint.
– Pick up the loose end and stand at a distance from the lift truck.
– Perform a test lift only slightly off the ground, to ensure that the lift is carried out
straight and evenly; if not, place the truck back on the ground and adjust the lifting
device as needed.
