All testing, adjustment, maintenance, and repair work on the brake system must be
conducted by an experienced technician.
If a problem arises with the brake system, a technician must be consulted.

12.11 Changing wheels

For pneumatic tires with divided rims, do not loosen the mounting screws on
the rim segments between the wheel nuts when the tire is under pressure.
– Lift the vehicle at the designated lifting points until the wheels are no longer in
contact with the floor.
– Secure the truck by placing wedges underneath.
– Because of the forklift model 540s-550s' high ground clearance, it may not be
possible to lift the vehicle with a standard scissor-type jack. The following
alternative lifting method can be used:
