Vehicle

Frame and structure: A stable, torsion-resistant frame, which houses and protects
the assemblies and controls, provides the vehicle with excellent static safety. The
driver seat swivels, damping vibrations and noise.
A cover that opens wide and the two side moldings of the engine cover (11) facilitate
maintenance and service measures. The hydraulic fluid tank is integrated on the right
side in the frame and the fuel tank for the DFG line is integrated on the opposite side.
The fuel gas bottle for the TFG line is attached in a holder on the counterweight (9).
The vertical, freestanding exhaust pipe extending high upward prevents vibration and
sound waves and keeps the exhaust gases from reaching the driver seat.
Driver seat: Non-slip steps and a handle on the pillar of the protective driver roof
ensure easy entering and exiting. The driver is protected by the overhead guard (6).
The seat damping and seat position on the driver seat (7) and the tilt of the steering
wheel on the steering column (5) are adjustable. Easy operation due to ergonomically
configured controllers and a practically vibration-free operator's cab ensure that the
driver is subject to minimal forces. The control and warning displays on the instrument
panel (4) allow monitoring of the system during operation. The safety standard is
therefore very high.
NOTICE
Before starting the lift truck, check the overhead guard for cracks, and, if
damaged, repair or replace it.
Engine: Smooth, water-cooled engines with high power and low fuel consumption.
The DFG line contains diesel engines with very clean combustion of the fuel under all
operating conditions and soot values below the visibility limit. In the TFG line,
gasoline engines with very low residual exhaust gas values are used.
Drive motor: The two drive wheels are driven, individually by hydraulic motors, which
are operated by the combustion engine. The driving direction lever on the operating
console allows the setting of forward/reverse or neutral positions.
Steering: Hydrostatic steering with a steering cylinder that is integrated in the
steering axle (10). The steering axle oscillates in the frame, allowing good wheel grip
even on uneven tracks.
Brakes: Braking is achieved with the hydrostatic drive system. The parking brake is
an automatically actuated multi-disk brake.
Wheels: All wheels are located inside the vehicle contour. Pneumatic or superelastic
tires are optionally available.
Hydraulic system: The gear pump of the hydraulic system is driven by the engine
via an auxiliary drive of the power-shift transmission. The rotational pump speed and
consequently the pumped volume, are controlled with the drive pedal via the engine
speed. The hydraulic functions are controlled with the control levers via a multi-
control valve.
Electrical system: 12-volt system with starter battery and rotary current generator
with integrated controller. An engine restart interlock prevents operational errors
during startup and a safety switch ensures that the engine can only be started in the
neutral position of the drive direction lever. For diesel engines, a quick preheat device
is installed; fuel gas engines contain a contact-less electronic ignition system to allow
fast, easy engine startup. The engine is turned off with the ignition/start switch.
