– Remove the dust guard from the STX
filter intake and connect the air hose
coupling of the filter cleaning unit
(RPU). Tightly attach the lever on the
hose coupling.
– Connect the cable harness of the
STX unit and the filter cleaning unit
(RPU) - tightly push them together.
– Turn ON the MAINS SUPPLY (2,
Figure 1).
– Turn ON the disconnector on the front
of the filter cleaning unit (RPU) (3,
Figure 1).
– The green light on the RPU (4, Figure
1) lights up and the green lamp on the
instrument panel starts flashing. This
indicates that the equipment is ready
for regeneration (cleaning).
– Press the START button on the
instrument panel of the vehicle.
– Now the cleaning operation is in
progress. It takes 14 minutes.
– The green and yellow lamps of the
RPU are illuminated during the
cleaning process, and the red and
green lamps on the instrument panel
are flashing.
