10. Warranty & service
All Fissler products are carefully made from high-quality materials. The quality of
our products is checked several times prior to completion and is subject to a strict
final inspection. We therefore provide a warranty for the following Fissler products in
accordance with the following warranty conditions from the date of purchase, regardless
of the country in which you purchased this Fissler product. Therefore, we guarantee that
these Fissler products are free from material or processing defects. In addition to the
warranty, you are entitled to the statutory warranty rights, which are not restricted by this
warranty.

Manufacturer warranty

We provide a warranty for all our pressure cookers as of the date of purchase. In the event
of a complaint, please return the complete device together with the receipt to your retailer
or send the product well packaged to Fissler Customer Service (see address below). In
the case of a warranty claim, Fissler will, at its sole discretion and its own expense, either
repair the product or supply a suitable replacement.
Claims resulting from this warranty only exist if and to the extent to which

• the product does not have any damages or signs of wear, which were caused by use
deviating from normal purposes and/or the specifications according to the instructions
for use,
• the product does not have any properties, which can be attributed to improper repairs
or improper chemical or physical influences on the product surface,
• no accessories or only accessories authorized by the manufacturer were integrated into
the product.

Warranty exclusions

Wear parts are excluded from the warranty for pressure cookers in the vitaquick
For example:
• Sealing ring (Fig. Y-1)
• Cooking valve seal (Fig. Y-8)
• Valve seat seal (Fig. Y-9)
• Rolling diaphragm (Fig. Y-7)
• O-ring for Euromatic (Fig. Y-11)
• Flat gasket for the fastening screw of the lid handle (Fig. Y-12)
No warranty is given for damage caused by the following reasons:
• unsuitable or improper use
• incorrect or negligent handling
• improperly carried out repairs
• the installation of spare parts that do not correspond to the original design
• chemical or physical influences on the product surface
• color changes on the handles due to cleaning in the dishwasher
• failure to follow these user instructions

11. Disposal

Make a contribution to environmental protection! You can recycle the cardboard with your
waste paper. Since the device contains many recyclable materials, you should take it to a
collection point (recycling center) in your town or municipality for disposal.
