Shifting the tool bar
The user can change the position of the tool bar:

1. Place the cursor between two icon groups (see Fig. 101.)
2. Click left mouse button
3. Hold the left mouse button down and drag the toolbar where you want it
4. Release the left mouse button
The possible positions of the tool bar are:
n At the left or right window border (vertical orientation)
n Under the menu bar (horizontal orientation)
n At the bottom on the user information (horizontal orientation)
n Any position (separate window – change the window size for any layout)
Close tool bar
If the tool bar is moved, you can close it by clicking on the cross on the top right corner of
the tool bar window. To show the toolbar again, activate "default settings" under "User
interface" (check mark).

The toolbar appears in the position you last moved it to.
Workspace
The workspace consists of the navigation tree (left) and the display window (right) and
shows the current settings of a configuration file (setup file). See Fig. 102.
The layout of the workspace can change by moving the line between navigation and
display window sideways with the left mouse button.

Connection status

The "connection status" shows if there is a connection to a device. You can also see some
interface, data including the IP address.
The line can be switched on in the "Window" menu or hidden. You can change the row
height by moving the border of the online data window with the left mouse button.
Online information
The "online data" function represents the current process data in the PC setup program.
The on-line data window can be activated in the menu under "window" or hidden.

You can change the height of the window by moving the border of the workspace or the
"connection status" row by using the left mouse button.
