10.2.4.3 Calibrating the temperature coefficients

Temperature coefficient
The temperature coefficient is a measure of the temperature dependence of the
electrolytic conductivity of a liquid. It compensates for the influence of temperature when
measuring the electrolytic conductivity. With a temperature-compensated conductivity
measurement, the conductivity reading is always relative to the fixed pre-set reference
temperature. The temperature coefficient is used to calculate the electrolytic conductivity
reading at the reference temperature, based on the current readings of conductivity and
the temperature of a liquid.
The reference temperature is set in the configuration of the individual CR analysis input.

The temperature coefficient is determined on the basis of two measurements in a test
solution at different temperatures (reference and working temperature).
If you know the temperature coefficient of a measurement solution, you can
enter it yourself.
