Functional level

The functional level is primarily test and diagnostic purposes. Here, the analogue and
binary values of the outputs can be controlled manually.
This can be helpful, for example, in the verification of individual equipment in a plant.
As part of the maintenance and repair work also counter for operating hours, switching
operations and flow rate can be reset.
WARNING!
In the manual control of resources of an installation, it is essential to take
appropriate measures to prevent injury or damage.
Make sure that access to the functional level is possible for qualified
personnel only. By default, access is restricted to Master and Service users.
Menu items at functional level
n Flow:
View current flow, show total counter and reset
Wash timer:
n
Manual start of the washing process, display remaining time until the washing process
and the current binary value
n analogue outputs:
Read current values of the analogue outputs and control manually
n Digital outputs:
Read current binary values, manually control binary output
n Counter:
Resetting the counter (operating hours or service counter)
Manual control of analogue and digital outputs is only possible if the
"manual mode allowed" option for each output is activated in the
configuration. Generally, you can carry out the actions at functional level
only if you are logged in as a Master or Service user.

For the outputs you want to control manually, enable the setting, "Manual mode allowed".
At the functional level for these outputs, "Manual Mode buttons" are now shown for
manual control. To adjust output values manually, proceed to the following:
Device menu è Functional level è Select Analogue or Binary output tab è Tap the
button "Manual mode"è Tap the output display field è The entry window appears è
Enter the value è Confirm
When manual mode is activated, the output value display at function level has a green
background.
