Entering text and numbers

Input dialogues for text or numbers appear automatically when a corresponding input field
is tapped.

In addition to the conventional inputting characters, there are two special features:
n Special characters are displayed automatically when such buttons are available that
contain special characters / umlauts.
n The text list makes it easier to enter frequently used strings.
The device stores a history of input strings internally. These are then available in the
text list to choose from, and can be easily copied by tapping into the input line.
