10.2.5.2 Calibration of the relative cell constants

Relative cell constant
The deviation from the nominal cell constant of a Ci-sensor is described by the relative
cell constant. By looping a resistor into the bore of the probe, a corresponding conductivity
value is simulated.

1. Start the calibration of the relative cell constant.

2. When using calibration adapter 255269:

If necessary, adjust the value for the reference conductivity (see ,Fig. 66 Item 1) to
the simulation value of the selected resistance.
Enclosed the corresponding allocation table for calibration adapter 255269:

When using simulation resistor 255198 (only with Versatonic cooling water): loop the
cable of the simulation resistor once through the bore of the measuring probe and
close the loop.

Wait for a stable measured value display, and confirm the measurement result with
'OK'
3. A summary log of the determined calibration values is then made. Acknowledge the
log with "OK".
Failed calibrations will be cancelled at this point and discarded.
4. By selecting "Yes", you assume the determined calibration values and the calibration
will be registered in the calibration log.
By Selecting "No", you wish to discard them.
