CAutIon– Do not use the DeVilbiss
by DeVilbiss for compatibility. Only Microsoft
compatible. Using the software with an incompatible OS may cause the data to display incorrectly.
CAutIon– The circular data port connectors located on the back of the DeVilbiss SmartLink Module and the DeVilbiss IntelliPAP and
SleepCube devices should only be used to attach the module to the CPAPs. Do not attempt to attach other devices to either
the module or the CPAPs via these connectors as it may damage the module, the CPAP, or the device you are attempting to
connect.
CAutIon– Use DeVilbiss SmartLink Data Cards with the SmartLink System to ensure correct data collection and display. Other Secure
Digital (SD) cards may not be compatible.

Indications For use

The DeVilbiss SmartLink System can only be used in conjunction with the DV51 and DV54 Series CPAP Systems for follow up of obstructive sleep apnea
patients weighing above 30 kg on nasal CPAP therapy.

Compatibility

The SmartLink System is compatible with the following DeVilbiss CPAPs:
• IntelliPAP™ Standard (DV51 series) and IntelliPAP™ AutoAdjust
• SleepCube™ Standard (DV51 series) and SleepCube™ AutoAdjust

The SmartLink System provides access to patient therapy information through the two-way transfer of data between patient devices and the SmartLink
software including therapy efficacy and CPAP settings changes as requested by the attending physician.
The SmartLink System consists of the SmartLink Module, SmartLink Desktop Software, data card, and card reader.
• SmartLink Desktop Software
collects this data both from direct manual input and data transfers from the CPAP . The software also transfers therapy setting changes to the CPAP
when needed.
• SmartLink Module is a communication device that attaches to the CPAP and collects therapy data. The module transfers information to and from
the SmartLink software via a data card and card reader.
• SmartLink Data Card is a portable memory card that carries information from one data transfer device to another. In this system, the data card
is a Secure Digital (SD) card that carries therapy information between the SmartLink module on the CPAP and the SmartLink software.
• Card Reader is a data transfer device connected to a computer that allows the transfer of data from a data card to the software and visa versa.
• oximetry (optional) is a non-invasive measurement of the oxygen saturation levels of hemoglobin.
CPAP to Software — Therapy data generated in the CPAP transfers to the SmartLink software.
CPAP w/SmartLink Module
Software to CPAP — Setting changes generated in the SmartLink software transfer to the CPAP .
