un-Assigning a Device Record
To change a device during a study, the current device record must be un-assigned and a new device record assigned to the patient which will start a
new study.
to un-assign a device record, follow these steps:
1.
Select the appropriate table in the Patients menu.
2.
Find the chosen patient in the table and select 'Un-Assign Device' in the Options menu.
3.
When the Un-Assign Device? prompt appears, click YES.
Deleting a Device Record
Devices that have never been assigned to a patient can be deleted from the software database. Devices that have been associated with study records,
whether or not they collected and transferred therapy data, cannot be deleted from the database.
To replace a device assigned to an active study, use the instructions available in
Device to a Patient
Record.
To delete a device record from the software, follow these steps:
1.
Select 'Available Devices' in the Device menu.

–Only devices in the 'Available (Never Assigned)' status can be deleted.
2.
Find the chosen device in the list and select 'Delete' from the Options menu.
3.
Select YES, when the Delete this device? prompt appears. A message will appear saying Device Deleted Successfully.
