Remedy
Make sure computer meets minimum system requirements of memory, hard disk
space, and operating system listed in Software Installing and Uninstalling section.
After installing on Windows Vista, SmartLink needs to be opened once by the
Administrator to allow it to run.

Close other Windows programs to free system resources.
Use new data card.
Data Card is OK, send to patient to download data from SmartLink Module.

Remedy
Connect the CPAP to an appropriate power source and verify that the module is
recognized.
Remove the module from the CPAP , realign the primary data connector with the
circular connector of the CPAP , and press firmly until the module is locked into
position.
Reference the symbol on the top of the module for proper card orientation.
Press the card fully into the card slot until the card clicks into position.

Only use DeVilbiss SmartLink Data Cards. The card must be an SD card with
FAT16 format.
