In the Detail view, the usage is shown as the ON/OFF times for each 24 hour period (noon to noon) in the selected range of usage indicating when
during each day and for how long the patient used the CPAP .
In both views of the Summary reports, a specific range of nights can be requested as long as it is within the date range for the entire body of study data
collected.

Generating therapy Reports

– Reports are only available after therapy data has been transferred to the software. Use the instructions available in
Data / Transferring Data
to generate a SmartLink™ therapy Management report, follow these steps:
1. Click the Patients menu and select 'Studies in Process' or 'Studies Complete' to locate the chosen patient for the report.
2. Select 'View Reports' in the Options menu for the chosen patient.
3. Click either the 'Summary' or '1-Night' tab, to select the report format of your choice. The report will refresh after this change.

– A Summary report has two additional options: the Detail view contains a graph showing ON/OFF usage for each night and the
Summary view contains a graph showing the total hours of usage for one or more nights.
4. Select the date or date range for the report.
notE
– The dates and date ranges must be within the dates of the transferred therapy data.
• For Summary reports, enter the report date range in the 'From' and 'To' boxes. The report will refresh after this change.
• For 1-Night reports, open the Sessions menu and select the night for the report. The report will refresh after this change.
5. Optional: If printing or sending the report to another person or file, click the [Export to PDF] button; then print the report from the PDF screen
or save it to a file for electronic transfer.
to generate an oximetry report, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that Nonin ® nVISION
2. Open SmartLink™ Desktop Software.
3. Click the Patients menu and select 'Studies in Process' or 'Studies Complete' to locate the chosen patient for the report.
4. Select 'Export Oximetry data' in the Options menu for the chosen patient. A message will appear saying Loading into sessions.
5. When the Software Installation Path prompt appears, select OK. The default storage location is C:\Program Files\SmartLink Desktop\Nonin.
6. Open nVISION software and follow the software guide to open the files and generate reports.
