To EDIT a note: select 'Edit' in the Options menu for the chosen note, edit the note in the text box and click SAVE.

To DELETE a note: select 'Delete' in the Options menu for the chosen note and then click YES when prompted

Viewing/Editing a Patient Record
1.
Select the appropriate table in the Patients menu.
2.
Find the chosen patient in the table and select 'View/Edit Patient Information' in the Options menu.
3.
If you are editing or adding information, click SAVE when you have finished changing the record. A view of the patient information form is available
in the Appendix.
Archiving a Patient Record
You may archive patient records that no longer require active therapy management. Archiving removes the record from the normal workflow. The
record remains in the database, but is only visible through the 'Archived Patients' table in the Patients menu.

Select 'All Patients' in the Patients menu.
